We're planning a scheduled maintenance on our production databases and wanted to give you advance notice.

Window: Monday, May 4 to Tuesday, May 5, 2026 00:00 CEST / 22:00 UTC (15 minutes)

Expected benefits: Improved query performance and write throughput, achieved by applying an updated PostgreSQL configuration.

Expected impact: A brief connection interruption of approximately 60–90 seconds during the failover. Open transactions at that moment will be dropped and should be retried.

Rollback plan: If anything goes wrong, we will reapply the previous configuration and fail back within minutes.

No action is required on your end. If you operate scheduled jobs or syncs against Forest Admin during this window, we'd recommend pausing them or confirming your retry logic handles transient connection errors.

We'll confirm once the maintenance has completed successfully.
